On February 2nd, Paul Kibel joined the Questions of Common Supply: SGMA Requirements for Interconnected Surface Water and Groundwater panel at UC Hasting’s California Water Law Symposium.
Paul Kibel, WPLG's Water and Natural Resource Counsel, will present Rivers that Depend on Aquifers: Drafting Sustainable Groundwater Management Plans with Fisheries in Mind at UC Irvine Law on November 1. The event will be in Room EDU 1131 from 12-1pm.
