Paul Kibel to Speak at UC Irvine Law

Paul Kibel, WPLG's Water and Natural Resource Counsel, will present Rivers that Depend on Aquifers: Drafting Sustainable Groundwater Management Plans with Fisheries in Mind at UC Irvine Law on November 1. The event will be in Room EDU 1131 from 12-1pm. Paul will discuss SGMA and public trust requirements, outlining the ways in which local groundwater plans might protect the resources and habitats that are supported by interconnected waters.
