Richard Roos-Collins Speaks on Bay-Delta Voluntary Agreements
Richard Roos-Collins will participate in the panel, “Can the San Joaquin River Bay Delta Water Quality Control Plan Flow Standards be Settled?,” at the Association of California Water Agencies’ Spring Conference in Monterey California on May 11. He will speak about the Brown Administration’s efforts to reach voluntary water agreements throughout the Bay-Delta watershed, to effect compliance with water quality standards.
