On Thursday, August 18, 2022, WPLG attorney Paul Kibel will serve as a panelist for an online program organized by the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) Environmental Law Section.

WPLG attorney John Bezdek, who represents tribes in the Colorado River Basin, served as co-chair for the 2022 Tribal Water in the Southwest conference (held May 26-27, 2022).

On February 25, 2022, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Proposed Surrender and Decommissioning of the Lower Klamath Project.

Along with water law colleagues at the University of Desarrallo Law Faculty in Chile, Paul Kibel will be presenting at the September 22, 2021 webinar on instream river flows.
