Paul Kibel Published in Environs

In the summer of 2015, WPLG's Paul Stanton Kibel published an article in UC Davis School of Law's Environs Environmental Law and Policy Journal. The article, titled Sea Level Rise, Saltwater Intrusion and Endangered Fisheries - Shifting Baselines for the Bay Delta Conservation Plan, was based on Kibel's presentation at the UC Davis School of Law's March 2015 symposium on 'The Future of CEQA.'
