Water and Power Law Group Welcomes Paul Kibel
Water and Power Law Group is pleased to announce that Paul Stanton Kibel has joined the firm as Water and Natural Resource Counsel.
Before joining Water and Power Law Group, Paul was of counsel and former partner at Fitzgerald, Abbott & Beardsley LLP (now Donahue Fitzgerald LLP) in the water and natural resource practice group. Paul has also worked as an attorney for the Pacific Environment and Resources Center and in the Office of Counsel for the California State Coastal Conservancy. His experience includes representing land trusts in negotiating the water resource aspects of real estate transactions, and the review, analysis and negotiation of water supply arrangements.
Paul is a Professor of Law at Golden Gate University School of Law, where he serves as the Faculty Editor of the Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal. He has also taught at UC Berkeley, Stanford University, and the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
The addition of Paul further deepens Water and Power Law Group's ability to effectively address complex water and natural resource issues, particularly on the transactional aspects of water entitlements and natural resource conservation.
