Paul Kibel to Publish Article on International Law on Impact of Dams on Fisheries

The UCLA Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs will publish WPLG attorney Paul Stanton Kibel's article Damage to Fisheries by Dams: The Interplay Between International Water Law and International Fisheries Law. The article developed out of work done for the United Nations Environment Programme and the International Association for Water Law (AIDA). Among other things, the article analyzes international law provisions relating to the Colorado River and pacific salmon. A pre-publication version of the article is available here.
