In summer of 2019, WPLG attorney Paul Kibel travels to Japan to deliver talks at Osaka University and Hokkaido University. The talks are based on a paper Kibel prepared on the roles of hatcheries and habitat under the bilateral Pacific Salmon Treaty.

On February 2nd, Paul Kibel joined the Questions of Common Supply: SGMA Requirements for Interconnected Surface Water and Groundwater panel at UC Hasting’s California Water Law Symposium.
