WPLG's Paul Kibel To Deliver Lecture at University of Manchester International Law Centre

WPLG Attorney Paul Kibel will deliver a lecture at the University of Manchester International Law Centre (MILC) in England on April 22, 2024. His lecture will be on the subject of Climate Change Effects on Transboundary Rivers: Himalayan Snow Trout and Kishanganga Dam in the Indus River Basin. Paul's presentation will discuss recent studies on rising instream temperature impacts on the Himalayan Snow Trout and why this may prompt modifications to the 2013 decision by the Permanent Court of Arbitration (in a dispute between Pakistan and India) on the operations of Kishanganga Dam.
